Preparation of your Poster presentation
We are pleased that your submission has been accepted as poster presentation at the WGLS 2026.
The Poster Presentation Session is scheduled: Friday – May 22, 2026, 4:30-6:30.
Your poster presentation file should meet the following criteria:
Printed Format: DIN A0 (84,1cm x 118,9cm) portrait format, one page
The posters will be mounted on movable walls provided by the organizers. Posters have to be printed on paper. Affix your poster on the poster panel marked with your number. Further assistance and adhesive material will be available at the ‚poster help desk‘ near the poster exhibition space. Affix your poster on the poster panel marked with your number. Please only use the provided adhesive material! No audiovisual equipment is permitted for poster presentations.

All poster presenters are called to present their contribution in a 5 + 5-minute poster presentation. Please arrive punctually to your session. Please use the dedicated poster board for your own poster, labelled with your Final Poster Number, shown in the program and listed in the rotation schedule.
The best three poster presentations will be honoured with a poster prize, during the closing ceremony.

Preparation of your short talk (if you have received a separate message)
We are pleased that your submission has been evaluated and upgraded for an oral presentation at the WGLS 2026.
The duration of your short talk presentation must not exceed 10 minutes. We kindly ask you to adhere strictly to the allocated presentation time.
Have a look at the programme for your assigned time slot.
Kindly note that you must be registered for the conference in order to present your abstract, and that your short talk must be presented in person.
Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and upload it on site at the media check-in. Due to time constraints, connecting personal laptops will not be possible.
